Ingredients
1 garlic clove (optional)
1/2 onion (about 50g)
10g cilantro/parsely leaves
1 to 2 tomatoes
4 to 6 tuna cans (about 500g)
90g mayonnaise
30g olive oil
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne powder (optional)
1-2 tbsp hot sour sauce (harissa)
Salt (to taste)
Preparation steps
1.Place 1 garlic clove (optional) 10g
cilantro/parsely leaves in the mixing
bown and 3 sec/speed 8
2. Place 1/2 onion (about 50g) and
chop 3 sec/speed 5
3. Add 1 to 2 tomatoes and chop 3
sec/speed 4
4. Add 4 to 6 tuna cans (about 500g), 90g
mayonnaise 30g olive oil 1-2 tbsp hot
sour sauce (harissa) 1 tsp black
pepper 1 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp cayenne
powder (optional) Salt (to taste) then
mix 10 sec/speed 4
5. Serve in sandwiches, or as dip with
crackers.
